So my TMNT pizza assy is making quite the buzzing sound when it's on. Is it time for a new motor or is there a way I can fix this? Where can I purchase a motor if need be? Living in Oz so MAD is out of the question.
Difficult to say with only a description, but usually you only need a new motor when it's totally not working.
Buzzing sound more indicates the gearbox, that may need cleaning / lubricating..
If it is AC buzzing, you might be able to tighten the stack of metal plates that make up the motors core. Its either bolted or riveted.
You can try to wrap electrical tape around the plate to see if it gets quiet.
Also, open the gear box, clean it and regrease it with some synthetic brake grease (the blue stuff) and try that.
Otherwise, sounds like a motor replacement.
