    I sent them an email a few days ago to order stuff and no response, I even sent a ps email to ask a question about the product I want to buy, still no response.

    Should I just wait it out, is he on vacation?

    I just received an interconnect board from Tony last Thursday. He's around. Took a follow up email from me as well before he was able to respond to my order request.
    But any wait is totally worth it. His board quality is AMAZING!

    I just ordered an IJ POA opto board last week and it shipped 2 days ago. He's around.

    Still no response, I don't want to annoy him, I just really need to get stuff on it's way

    Have used a number of his boards. Agree that they are the best

    Did you try other merchants, many sell his boards? I also just bought his IJ POA board last week but ordered it from Marco. Same price. Might look into other sellers.

    I needed to order from a distributor as well.
    Around 6 unanswered order emails over a couple weeks last year.

    No idea why.....Great Products, though!

    If you know what you want you can PayPal him the money with a message. No way he'll miss that email.
    Tony's a great guy but also pretty busy from what I've heard.

    Anyone have his phone # they can PM me? If I were placing an order I wouldn't mind ordering from a vendor of his, but I got a bad board from him, sent him an email 8 days ago and a follow-up email about 4 days ago and no response yet. I need the board to get my game running.

    I had no issues and ordered an opto set for my IJ a few months ago. I try not to pester the "small guys" I know they are busy and I have yet to be forgotten about

    Tony is awesome. GLM is his second job and we all know how life gets. The amount he cares is very obvious in the quality of his products.

    I'd keep hounding him, but maybe wait a few days between emails.

    Did any of your guys hear anything back about this. I put in an order to his info email and I haven't gotten any response yet. That was five days ago. The opto board I need is for a system 11 3 bank opto board but all the other vendors that carry it seem to be out of stock. Im kind of stuck without his help unless you guys know where I can get an opto board for my bk2k 3 bank drop target.

    I sent another followup email a couple days ago and still haven't heard anything back; getting close to 2 weeks from my initial email. I guess he has something else more pressing going on in life right now.

    He emailed me today. I think the method of looking on his site and then sending him the payment through paypal works best. After I did that he contacted me and shipped out the parts in less than 12 hours. Thanks to ranhorton for the idea, it worked super well. pindude80 - maybe if you have an item you want to buy just paypal him with all the info and then he will get the order processed. Sorry to Tony if this was annoying I need them parts

    That's great that he only responds to people sending him money. I have a defective board that I bought from him that caused me to do a lot of wild goose chasing. I've been trying to keep my cool and not call him out on Pinside, but this is getting out of hand, especially that he's filling other people's orders and completely ignoring me. I don't know if I need to go to Paypal and do a charge back, make a thread calling him out or what. I've read where people say he's a great guy, he's busy, but will get with you etc, but I really need my parts to get my game going that has been down for months.

    Anyone have any recommendations?

    Everyone misses emails from time to time, but I emailed him 3 different times. I doubt he's missed them all especially since he's replying to others and filling orders. To me it seems like he's ignorning me because mine is a warranty claim.

    pindude80 - Sorry about that. I thought for some reason you wanted to buy something and simply wanted to speed up the process. Hmm yikes, I would say don't do a charge back if you can help it but, I'm not sure what else you could do. Did you hit him up on his pinside handle glmodular - perhaps send him a message and maybe that could get his attention? I also don't think he only responds to people sending him money. To be frank and I should not have done this, I pestered the hell out of the guy with emails and forcing payments on him to get his attention so I assume I jumped the line so to speak (My apologies to Tony I'm just an impatient person living in a world that caters to impatient people ). Are you 100% sure the board is bad? I've gotten interconnect boards from him in the past and they were AWESOME! However things do happen so it's certainly possible.

    He was on Pinside as recently as yesterday yet still didn't bother to respond to this thread. I love his products but I'm not sure the pinball parts business is much of a priority for him judging by how disinterested in customer service he is.

    I don't want to do a charge back either so I won't do that unless I absolutely have to.
    Thanks for letting me know what his handle is, I'll PM him there. I am 100% sure the board is bad. We put it in my friend's game that was functioning perfectly and it started messing up in his game also.

    Tony responded to both my email and the PM I sent him here. He apologized for the delay in getting back to me. He took the time to write a detailed email and explain why my board isn't working correctly and said he will send out a replacement. I was very glad to hear back from him and he's no longer on my sh*t list

    I know, me too! I really didn't want to cause a stink over it or do a charge back so I'm glad he got back to me. I am very much looking forward to getting my replacement board so I can get my Corvette going again. I really appreciate what he does for the hobby and I understand this isn't his full time gig.

    Well still don't have my replacement board I was promised almost 2 months ago Has anyone bought or heard back from Tony lately?

    He promised me a new replacement opto board for my corvette racetrack. I thought maybe he was waiting for me to send my defective board back to him so I sent him the board, tracking number and a couple followup emails, no response. This is extremely frustrating. It's literally been 6 months I have been unable to play my game because of this whole board debacle. If anyone can get word to him or get me in touch with him I would greatly appreciate it.

    I had a bad experience several months ago. I ordered a solenoid expander board. It arrived. It didn't work. I emailed him, and after the initial response, crickets despite my follow up emails. I never got the board working or a replacement. I didn't spend enough to make a big deal out of it, but I'm not ordering from there again. It's too bad. I hope nothing is wrong, but at the same time, if nothing is wrong, I should have received better service.
