I've owned both premium and Pro of JP and love them both. I've owned that title several times, actually, because the game has a tendency to keep my interest pretty well.
That said, I also currently have a Godzilla Pro and have been thoroughly impressed with this game as well. It is a slightly more forgivable shooter I'd say, but both games have some really fun and dynamic shots and whether it jives with you or not, I think most would agree that the code on JP is pretty well flushed out and good.
Maybe it's because I had owned it so many times and was ready for a change, again, but I did recently trade my Jurassic Park Pro for a different Stern Pro game and meanwhile the Godzilla still stands, for what thats worth.
I say both of these games are games that can be gotten, so, if you're looking to change it up, and the question is whether or not Godzilla is a good game to trade for, pound for pound so to speak, I say heck yes. If you get it and it's just not jiving with you in the home environment, you can always find someone to trade back with.

I actually changed my mind on this. I got to spend a great deal of time with a Godzilla LE and also a JP Premium in the same room and I definitely prefer Godzilla, y actually a fair amount. I still don't think it's even close to being the best pin ever made, but it's definitely a top 10 Stern table for me.
