I don't need the details of your agreement with Heighway, but do you have any rights to this game? Not trying to be rude, but curious.
My assumption was that you'd be a employee or contractor of Heighway and that they own(ed) all the IP. That is why I ask, out of curiosity to help me understand the situation.
