Well, he's already backtracked on that promise. He's trying to frame it as he wasn't going to quit if he was wrong because he was so sure of himself, but instead that he might want to walk away from the hobby because he's disappointed he's been lied to. I think he will somehow manage to get over the disappointment and struggle on. No mention of the tattoo either!
Anyway, it was a stupid thing to say and that's not why he should quit making podcasts if he ever does. Of course there was a lot of stupid things said on those podcasts. Does anyone have these downloaded, I'd kind of like to save them for posterity.

He deleted the podcast in question but that's the gist of what he said(multiple times) He's also obsessed with your car -- doesn't like subarus i gather.

Wow, glad I never posted my prediction on what the price was going to be -- I really thought it would be higher than this.

Cointaker likes money, and they are hoping this works out too. Good for them. Doesn't seem like they are taking any risk here, nobody is gonna hold it against them if this thing turns out like a 1970s FIAT, or if the whole thing collapses and people get their deposits back.
For someone who rails against carguments in approximately 10% of his posts you sure seem fixated on comparing this to a car made in Italy fifty freaking years ago
