I emailed last week, he got back to me today & I ordered 2 glasses....

Usually if I don't get a response to an email after about a week I just copy/paste original email & send again. I was going to do that here in another day or two until I opened my inbox this morning & saw a reply.

I know in my business I get a lot of emails, & sometimes they end up in my junk box (which I forget to look through religiously), or I read them quick, but don't have time to reply etc at that time I read, & they get shuffled down the inbox & I forget to respond etc. I'm sure I'm not only one like that, so I appreciate it when customers re-send a week later & ask me if I "got this"? Sometimes I did & sometimes I didn't....

Last week I just received a Lucky Seven & a Stingray that I had Steve do... took little longer than original estimated time, but............I expected that going in.....&

I have to say, I have purchased repo's from just about all the companies out there that offer repo BG's......... & these 2 are BY FAR the best reproduction glasses I have ever purchased. I have seen some people on here bashing his techniques etc..... I could care less how he does them, if they come out this nice. The colors, the art, all the SMALL details..... everything on both glasses are 100% perfect. In fact they are probably better than Stern & Williams originally did. I can not say enough good things about the quality of these, especially after being somewhat disappointed in some other glasses I have bought over the years from other vendors.

I never hassled him during my wait.... & eventually I got a text out of the blue with my Fed Ex tracking #... they were very well packed, I got a multi glass discount for ordering more than one... could not be happier.
