My bet, with no inside knowledge, is Gomez. He designed BDK, so fitting if new design (which I'd bet is some variation of BDK) is his. There are some themes I think he likes to keep to himself following his past toy design experience and interests (transformers, batman, etc).
Mark Ritchie I would love to see come back. Throw Brian Eddy into that mix as well.

He did have a storyboard of the layout at the very least. It was basically the same as Police Force with an extra rollover at the top of the playfield and it didn't have the middle ramp.

Hey, as I stated it was a logical guess with no insider knowledge. At least I didn't pretend to be in the know, like.....
