Log out and back in. If your using an older version of explorer you will continue to have problems.
I use safari and chrome and a couple times a week all my post history (blue and green tabs) goes away and all I get is blue tabs. Not sure why and it seems to happen on both browsers. Logging out and back in fixes it. It seemed to start with the last pinside upgrades.
