Have you tried raising your pin till max hight level so your arms and wrists are in an diffrent angle?

    Quoted from Maiden:

Unfortunately I have exactly this. No pain in the wrists but elbows and mostly the shoulders hurt after just a few games. I played a lot of golf so thinking that is it.
It is definitely the nudging that flares the pain for me. I am 49 in a month. Not sure what if anything I can do to help this.

A few years ago i noticed that sometimes i got in a kind of trance and i turned into a lovechild of quasimodo and a heron whilst playing.
Bend like a moron with bad eyesight and standing on one leg
My neck and shoulders hurt like hell sometimes.
I tried putting my pin up to max hight, no more troubles and pains.
    Maybe it helps you too?
