+1 You can not use an 84 month average and expect it to be even remotely accurate.....in fact it's entirely useless for any SS machines.
It might have a tiny bit of value for EM's since they don't sell on a regular basis and the pricing is a little more stable....but even then it's just a low end ballpark.
