I am guessing at least 500 of the Vault were manufactured.
I have the original and the Vault. I prefer the silk screened cabinet, but cannot deny that the new cabinet decals on the Vault look very nice. I also prefer the old back box. However, the clear on my Vault's playfield might be the best of any Stern I own.
Both have proven to be very reliable.
