I just bought an IM vault. my main complaint is that is doesn't have the rails under the playfield like most cabs do, it only had these two post with rubber caps. has anyone done anything about this?

Those outlanes are sheer brutality but it makes me want to widen them out even further!
I just bought the game recently as well, probably one of the best ones I own (love this title). I went ahead and set the outlanes post all the way up and started setting the plumb bobs on my machine's tighter. crazy how much more difficult a game can be when you do that. Some games it doesn't seem to affect it as much. My high before was close to 70 mil, now I'm happy If I hit 30. gotten the hurry up, I can pretty much say at this point it's gonna be a few years before I achieve the DOD multiball.

idk, think that's part of the appeal and something to go for every time if your not really playing for points. Still a fun game either way.
