Ok so I ordered the shooter lane and ball eject protectors. Also got the full plastic protector set from pinbits. Any other damage protection that I need to order? Other mods will come later, mostly concerned with making sure stuff doesn't break or gets damaged.
Ordered a ColorDMD because I love it on my Theatre and TSPP.
What a game! Just got this machine on Monday and I'm loving it. I grand mastered it tonight with 105million and it was the most satisfying of any game I've ever put intials up on.
Which power plug did you plug the color dmd into? The free one on the right side of the cabinet? Was the game one when you were installing? Using the factory ribbon cable is fine.
Do I have to remove the entire Iron Monger assembly to to change the bulb that's in the chest of the monger?
Quoted from J85M:Those look great, if I could have them just set to go off with Whiplash hits and whiplash multi ball I would have a set the shape of the ramps almost look like his whips.
eric (Lyonsden) Sells the kits, he might be able to tell you if you can code them to just turn on during whiplash. Right now they look like this:
It was pretty easy, it probably took me an hour and a half. Could have been faster but I was going really slow and cleaning under the ramps etc. The tip to make it all go smoother is getting a really long screw driver to get the lower Left and Right screws off the the backboard art plastic. They are a pain to get to without a super long screw driver. I went to Lowes and got like 12" #2 and the screes came out really easy. Everything else was pretty straight forward, mounting the LED strips on the outer edge makes the install way easier. It's a great mod that adds a ton of impact to the game for the money.
Quoted from Radagast:Hi everyone, just joined the club and love this game! Anyone know if there is an alternate sound file floating around with maybe some Tony Stark callouts and/or extra music. If anyone has a line on something like this I'd appreciate it - as a macuser and tech-idiot I'm not able to craft something myself.
Cheers.
Oh I want in on this too if anyone has it.
Does anyone know the part number or specs of the bolts used to lock down the backbox to the lower cabinet. Not the hinge ones but the ones in the back to lock it down. The movers lost the box with the parts to all my machines.
Ugh now I wish I hadn't done the Pinduino mod. Love it too, but this looks better. Any one know where I can get some new ramps so I can do this mod? lol
Quoted from Grinder901:Is it crazy to think they could both work together?
they look cool, but not very bright. Is it just the camera not capturing the brightness or are they really that dim?

Get the manual first. http://sternpinball.com/upload/games/iron-man/pro/433/IronMan%20Manual.pdf
Page 4, shows the flipper assembly and all it's parts.
Search on Marco for the part #s you need.
Done.

Quoted from Reaper802:I've got some EL Wire on order now to make a set. I'll try and take photos as I go. Shouldn't be too hard.
Thanks
Quoted from mmuglia:I made my own. Pretty simple to do.[quoted image][quoted image]
That looks great.
