all the leds work properly except for the upper left (single led test 221 / 12-LP-3, back left 2).

During bootup, it turns off and on just like the others but then once the game cycles through the playfield lights on boot, it stays stuck on.

During light shows while playing, on match, and in attract mode the uppermost led stays on (does not fade, flicker, or turn off at all).

During test mode from the service menu it does nothing.

Anyone have any thoughts?

Went through the entire topper wiring, it all looks fine to me.

Also, someone at the stern factory is using power tools where they shouldn't be...
