My two biggest issues are the pharaoh lock area where the ball continually gets stuck/lost if not tilted out and the launch rails must not be lined up just perfectly on my game as the auto-launcher shoots it out causing it to hit the tip of the upper left flipper almost each and every time rather than continue up the loop. It's a bummer as I know it should smoothly go through the loop on auto-launch feeding it to the upper right flipper, but it just never does. Going to try and make some adjustments to stop these issues tonight...
