Looks like there is some info on a new Stern machine, Iron Maiden. Following their last public announcement of Batman '66, it seems they only have this flyer with no pictures of the actual machine. I wonder how quick people will order this thing?

I think they could have done better with the artwork. And what? No Paul Di'Anno?!!!!

I knew my AAA membership was going to come in handy some day........

    #6 6 years ago

It's funny.. But someone will probably threaten u or tell pinside mods to take down the infringement on the stern logo lol

    #7 6 years ago

LMAO put me down for a SLE and an RTTHLE

    #8 6 years ago

I was excited when I saw Lyman would be programming it, then I was REALLY excited when I saw there would be 4 legs!

    #9 6 years ago

Editorials or satire fall under fair use.

It needs 6 legs to feel like it's worth the price.

    #11 6 years ago

Too pricey for me....but if they come up with the "Three Legs, Cab Custom Carved w/ Graffiti plus Ghosting Inserts Just for the 'Hood" version, I'm all over it.

You sir have a great since of humor

Personally, I'll be picking up the "light my wallet on fire" version; I'm liking it more than the "f*@k your 401k" limited edition - the topper is worth the extra $$$.

    #14 6 years ago

The crazy part is that even at 23k, they will still sell at least a handful of RtthLEs solely based on the title and the exclusivity.

    #23 6 years ago

You mean this isn't real ?...shoot ,I was ready to sell the cars to buy this.Public transportation can't be that bad if it helps you get a Super Duper Ultra Mega Universal Limited Rare Pinball Machine hopefully with 6 legs to balance all the extra extras inside....

    #24 6 years ago

"Playfield has artwork, trust us it's good" - that's some funny shit. Drop the mike kpg and exit stage left.

I guess if you find this funny that's why so many of you actually enjoy pinball humor, and family guy.

They can do an Avatar VE with 6 legs like those stupid 6 legged horses that make no sense.

    #32 6 years ago

A Iron Maiden pinball machine would be so awesome, they could do so much with the album artworks of Eddie throughout the years and all the themes with the albums.

Is it too late to grab a RTTHLE? (psst, it's not too late to get street pricing, right)?

I don't think so!! I just submitted everything Stern requested, along with a semen sample - supposedly they needed that too and will be adding it to their application prerequisites as well. As soon as the DNA tests come back, they will announce the winners on the Maury Povich show. I hope to find out I am Gary Stern's long lost son so he'll give me the gift of allowing me to buy the super limited edition of Iron Maiden.

Is there going to be some kind of stipulation that I will have to keep this thing for two years?

I think it would be more fair to be able to pass it on to another collector while there is still at least some clearcoat and paint left on the playfield.

still can't find the humor in that show or his movies, Ted for the 20 mins I was able to stomach was just plain awful, ur post wasn't bad I had a reaction due the disappointment that Borg/Lyman Iron Maiden wasn't real. Damn you.

So maybe you have to sell it after 6 months?

    #42 6 years ago

Way to cheap, I think they left off a zero.

Is it true that I have to take this pin to my grave and am not eligible to pass it down to my kids?

Yes, they just cut off your legs and stuff you in. It's part of the agreement.

    #45 6 years ago

Doubles as a coffin, they might be on to something. They may need to raise prices.

Sorry to have ruined your night, sir. I feel terrible that you had to read such poor and tasteless material, some of which you may have found disturbing and were offended by it. Please, accept my sincere apology.
