These look like the UGears wood models. I have a bunch of them and love them. I also have a ton of the Metal Earth models.
I used to be into model cars, Gundam, etc. But I always struggled to find the time and space to paint them. Having a good airbrush setup was annoying without a basement!
But these models are great fun and very rewarding.
