Behind-the-scenes stuff like this helps you understand what a tough business pinball manufacturing must be. It's really easy to play finished games and complain that they should have done this or that, but we don't always know the whole story. Maybe an idea or feature was too expensive, too heavy, too unreliable, etc. I particularly liked George's comments about "designing in" the quality.
