So in a multiplayer game, if a drop target is down at the end of a ball, that player will get 1000 points, except the highest number player, whose points go to player one. That is indeed weird. Take a look at the player-up stepper unit -- it sounds like it's not resetting correctly, or maybe one set of wipers is off by one set of rivets, or something like that...? But still I don't know why it's awarding points in the first place.
