The translation is done roughly. I would be happy to get some feedback.
Read the instruction carefully. Your GameID is needed to unlock your game.
Quoted from mattosborn:I may give this is a shot. I need to figure out what to do for the 2nd computer.... I'm thinking maybe I can use one of those cheap USB-powered linux sticks.
Oh, and I guess I need to update my RFM code to version 1.7 or 1.8. Is that correct?
Which System do you have?
If you use the original computer than you have to install a programm called python 2.7. All needed files are on the website. In addition to the RFM update.
Do you mean WLAN/wifi sticks?
Correct you have to install RFM 1.7 or 1.8.
Quoted from mattosborn:I have the original P2K system. For the 2nd computer that needs to run the python, I was thinking I could use one of those mini linux sticks. I don't have a wired network connection in my gameroom (so I can't just connect the P2K network card into my network). So if I can figure out a way to network the linux stick to the P2K ethernet card (I have a USB LAN adapter I could try), then the linux stick can talk to the outside world via its wireless. Look ma, no wires!
I have a raspberry pi. Low cost but high potential and it run with Linux.
SWEP 1.4 should work but I didn't test this version.
http://mirror2.ipdb.org/files/4458/Williams_1999_Star_Wars_Episode_I_ROM_Revision_History.txt
My SWEP has version 1.5 installed and it works well.
Here is a ROM history list: http://mirror2.ipdb.org/files/4458/Williams_1999_Star_Wars_Episode_I_ROM_Revision_History.txt
So it seems that version 1.4 would be already possible.
Apart from that you need also the SMC 8416 network card for the original computer.
That should be all for the original computer.
Then you need another computer on the same network. On this Computer you have to install python 2.7.
That's it.
If you have further questions, feel free to contact me.
Here is a compatibility list but I can not guarantee correctness.

Quoted from Nifti:Ok so where have the instructions gone, is this an IP infringement serving?
I have send you a mail with the link.
Jeff you have got also a mail with some updates.
Hi guys,
some updates!
I had changed the domainname because dyndns isn't free anymore.
You also have to change something in your Server.py. Open it with a texteditor and change the following:
API_HOST = "http://pinball-tournament.dyndns-at-work.com/cgi-bin/"
to that
API_HOST = "http://pinball-tournament.servegame.com/cgi-bin/"
Or download the files from the Webpage but don't forgett to edit the RFM and/or SWEP IP's to your P2000 IP.
Kind regards
We want to recruit some new players. So connect your P2000 with the internet and try to defeat the other.
Quoted from jfh:Can anyone tell me what memory chip I need to upgrade the RAM so I can run 1.8?
I use a SDRAM PC133 128MB memory chip. PC100 should also work.
Quoted from Eddie:How can I do this with a MAC?
You have to install Python 2.7.x on your MAC.
Here is a download link: https://www.python.org/download/
http://pinball-tournament.servegame.com/all.html
there you will find all infos (how to)
Or contact me via pn/email and I will give you support.
You need the server files on a separate computer which is connected via ethernet to the p2k.
The separate computer must have python 2.7 installed. Thats all.
You tried the old domains, this is the actual working domain:
http://pinball-tournament.servegame.com/indexe.html
or
http://pinball-tournament.servegame.com/all.html
