Best backboard interaction I have seen to date is Keith Elwins Iron Maiden..Motorized Guardian opening to take you around the back is super Awesome !!!

2nd so far for me is George Gomez, Lord of the Rings, Ring magnet is epic. There is many cool options for backboard integration. What awesomeness did I miss ?

Which manufacturer will come up with something special next ?

Not quite what you are pointing out, but I love AFM and finally acquired an AFMr recently. What I’m finding, however, is that as the player it is nearly impossible to “interact” with the vast majority of the animations which seem to occur while you have to concern yourself with keeping the ball in play. However, as a spectator it is quite entertaining.

Black Rose has a cannon sticking out of the back wall that fires the ball back down to the flippers?

#cosmic-cart-racing loads a ball into the ramp and stages it there to start the race.

Ball thru the backboard is an old Data East trick. You'll find it on more games like torpedo ally, the simpsons etc. Edit: hmmm...at least i always thought it was hmmm...

Mousin around is in there. Escape from the lost world? Elvira and the party monsters.

The ramp for Dr. Dude goes through the backboard as well.

Yes, that's cool.
I think any pin that makes use of the backboard in a cool way is a bonus.

Trying to find a decent pic of CCR I noticed that Munsters by Borg uses backboard.
Im sure John will do something interesting with backboard on TMNT.

I really want to see and play a P3, they look amazing, I can't understand lack of popularity ?

Cost on the P3-
An op can put 2 used Pros on site for the cost of a single P3, and it uses non standard wear parts on flipper mechs and slings... Not a lot of operator interest, and not a lot of home buyer interest due to what they cost new, but used however... maybe a bigger market for a $6K machine instead of 10K?

I had a prominant player in my league who could't get rid of his fast enough, and I've never been a real fan of the full playfield LCD... this is an interesting contraption, but not considered "standard pinball" enough from the people I have discussed this with over many different shows, from the first Expo where I saw it the first time, to several years later, everyone thinks its neat, just not their cup of tea, me included.

The Safe Cracker board game is one of my favorites. Nothing beats the rush of beating the game.

Ah yes, Safecracker is on another level with probably the most amazing interactive back glass, Super cool, The audio adds to the rush !

When the stranger things lock works it’s great. Also has additional rules in multiball where you can lock balls up there for 2 and 3x playfield.

Hands down the most stuff and best uses of a back board is WPT. Look at that things some time.

Champion pub. Has two 1 of a kind mechs on the backboard. The jump rope and speed bag.

I love the interactive, glowing and flashing eyes in the back of Sorcerer.

Stranger Things magnet lock is pretty cool. I like the ones that just make a ramp disappear and reappear as well. Like Iron Man or TWD

Still haven't seen a kiss prem/Le ball magnetic trick on the backboard.
Looks cool in vids though
