What method do you use to attach new score/instruction cards to the bingo? It looks like they may have been stapled but I would prefer a method that does not show the fastener.

It appears than mine, and other ones I've seen, were attached
originally, with thumb tacks. The holes are still there.
I just used double back tape on the corners of the S/I cards.

I used spray mount/adhesive. The repositionable kind lets you move the paper around a little after sticking it down and many clean up easily if you peel it off later.
just make sure you get something appropriate for paper so you don't get bleed-thru.
double sided tape is probably easier.
the variable is really the type of paper...coated, uncoated, acid content, etc. Some glues will discolor the paper, some won't react at all.
'course, this isn't preservation of some valuable document. Unless you're using NOS cards, if you use something that discolors the paper, rip it off, print new ones and try something else
anything tacky and not too liquid will work - like a glue stick, a smear of silicone, the goo on the outside of a take-out potstickers …. I'd care more about easy to remove without needing to sand the wood to get rid of residue.
