American Pinball, 2020Installed Knocker per instructions and found connector in back of cabinet.
Knocker tested and knocked thru menu.
Knocker did not activate during game. Set Match percentage to 50% to ensure it coming up to test.
Only hear software sound for knock.
Suggestions or can this be reproduced by anyone from AP or offer me diagnostic help?
