Installed Knocker per instructions and found connector in back of cabinet.
Knocker tested and knocked thru menu.
Knocker did not activate during game. Set Match percentage to 50% to ensure it coming up to test.
Only hear software sound for knock.
Suggestions or can this be reproduced by anyone from AP or offer me diagnostic help?

Please go to Settings > Standard > Knocker and select "Mechanical".
