So I purchased a Mars AE 2411 upstacker for a Stern Spider Man. The harness works great, I’ve figured out the pins, and I’m wiring it to the tourney button to be able to run optional 50/50 charity tournaments (for Project Pinball!) while still allowing free play for others. Yay!

I can’t figure out the physical mounting, though. The coin door says it’ll take a Mars 2000 series upstacker, but the screw holes all seem too narrow on the stacker. Am I missing something obvious? And I gather that the “1” in the product title means that I need a bezel for the front, but I’m not sure where to source just that part.

Considering just a ton of zip ties, but I know that’s a bad idea.

Thanks, all.

The similar models I have fit fine with matching holes. Yours has a different feeder bezel, maybe for vending machines or something: I guess those can be swapped, you need the other one.

You're missing the bezel for dollar bill entry. You need to buy one.

The black plastic front bezel is missing. You'll need to buy one.

You can get it from a Mars distributor or repair center such as Wachtor Electronics:
