I put one of the ST premium/Le laser units in my Pro today, I'm contemplating leaving it run full time, it has the upgraded green laser in it and it significantly brighter than the factory one, the laser shines slightly up on the DMD, which I can correct, but I sort of like that. I picked up +20 volts for it in the backbox and it looks like Q-22 supplies the ground but the Pro coding does not have the laser, therefore Q-22 does not turn on so I temporarily have it hardwired full-time. Does anyone know if the Pro can use the Prem/Le firmware? If anyone wants to see the video just send me your regular email as I can't attach the cell phone video format to this site for some reason.

    It can't.

It's mounted in the exact same place as the LE and since the Pro apron is plastic it's easy to drill and modify a hole for the laser beam. Since I won't be able to control initiating it with the LE coding according to TimeBandit I'll probably just build a timer to start it during multi-ball.

Anyone else done this or have photos of parts installed? Thinking of doing same. Thanks.
