So do I have to close the 6116 connection on the nvram?
Do I have to open the 6264 connection?
Do I have to add resistors on the back of it ?
I’m not sure, on the Bally/Williams i just use a remote battery holder with lithium AA’s. My data east GNR pin was plug & play. The reason I use the remote holder is because I don’t have the right soldering skill to work on a board. On my system 11 Elvira the holder has been in there 3 yrs no issues, I change batteries once a yr.
Quoted from Jrotten:On my system 11 Elvira the holder has been in there 3 yrs no issues, I change batteries once a yr.
On System 11 games, that do not have a real time clock, no need to change batteries every year. They last easily for two years and more.
