    I’m having an issue as the game came with everything. QR code reader is installed as I verified the Cat cables are connected.

    I’m getting a reader not installed message.

    Hi, had the same problem. Do you use the original cat cable supplied by Stern? I first used an old cable, then changed it to the one Stern supplied and it worked...

    1.) Corrupt microSD card.
    2.) The factory network cable is faulty easy to test: ebay.com link: itm
    3.) Faulty QR reader.

    Are you running v1.20 game code? If not you will need to be.
