I am looking for the switch type that will prevent the ball from rolling up an inlane. For example the ball rolls up the inlane, but the shape of the wire attached to the switch is formed such that it stops the ball by preventing the motion of the switch. One type I have seen (I think was a old switch from an EM that was grafted onto an F14) that instead of having the normal triangle showing above the play field it only had the half that slopes toward the back of the machine. This would prevent a ball rolling up the inlane by hitting the open end of the switch wire, then rolls back down toward the flipper. Do these have a special name? I am looking at modifying a game with these not specifically as a replacement. If you know of games that had these it would also be useful information.

    Thanks,
    Justin

Yup that looks like what I might need. Will try it out. Thanks!
