All of my Williams IJ lighting, GI, Backbox, Coin lights, everything have been getting dimmer and dimmer over the last year. I checked the service outlet and it was at 117v as was the wall outlet.

Thoughts please?

My first guess is resistance is building somewhere(connectors,sockets)
But also remember bulbs do get dirty and blackened over time,if not leds. Worth a look.
Have you checked the voltages on power supply and/or the harness itself,at the bulb sockets.
Or maybe it's time to freshen up the caps on power supply.

GI connectors are burning up.
You will need to replace them.
Check the connector in the cabinet (yellow and yellow-white wires) to the transformer too.

Will do, the connector was replaced about 2 years ago but you never know... Also cleaning was done then (good suggestion) had not thought about the transformer.
