Already looked through some other posts and pinwiki as well as a few other resources. Im stumped on this one.

The flippers on my Indie used to be really strong, perfect, knocking out those ramps. All of the sudden they are so weak you cannot hit anything. I rebuilt the flippers with new sleeves, checked the posts and coil stops. No improvement. Replaced one of the coils. Took a known working flippertronics board and put it in there, no change. Checked the voltage going in to the flippertronics board and it is a little high but near correct. Voltage at the flippers when engaged is like 25vdc.

I haven't changed/tested the flipper opto boards but not sure that would be the case since both flippers are equally effected. Also, flippers are weak when in test mode, not just when pressing flipper buttons.

Any other items to test?
