Nice topper!

Here’s a glimpse of the weathering technique I was talking about. Takes a bit longer but I like it a lot! Still debating whether it’s worth incorporating this technique to future builds. We’ll see

That detail is amazing! Next thing you know you will make the flaps work and move.

A “clean” wing vs a “dirty” weathered wing. This is one example of the new weathering techniques I’m working on. I really like where this is going. Full pics coming soon!

I was very excited to find a parcel on my doorstep today - my planes have safely arrived having spent an arduous 9 weeks crossing of the Pacific Ocean (the pilots must be pretty tired )

They were extremely well packed (took me half an hour to unbox them) and look amazing. I couldn't be happy, awesome attention to detail. Thanks so much KornFreak28

Finally! Glad to hear they landed safely! Yes, I spend 2 hours carefully packing each set of planes. It's actually a lot of work! Please read my instructions carefully! Enjoy! Thanks!

#1967 3 years ago

I'm finally ready to unveil the Arado plane (and 3 regular fighter planes) I've been working on to finish my Batch 4 run. It's been a long wait, I know and I apologize for that. The house move had me busy for a while but things are back to normal now. These 4 fighter planes...man, I'm so happy how they turned out! I put my heart and soul into them. I tried a new weathering technique on 2 of them since the owners asked for the works and I gotta say I think you guys will really like them! I also tried a new window technique that I think looks fantastic for planes that have weathering or grime techniques. The Arado was a very difficult build! No doubt it's the King of the fleet...…...

***I'm only talking about the Arado cause I rarely get to work on them ***

I'll post the 3 messerschmitt's later tonight, Arado tomorrow

#1974 3 years ago

3 Messerschmitts ready to rock and roll! Desert, multicam and snake pattern camo (As always: Tail flag was done in an effort to replicate the movie plane as much as possible and do NOT represent me or my beliefs) I’ll take a few more later. Arado coming up next

Thanks! Honestly pictures don’t do them justice. I think their owners will be pleased when they see them in person

#1978 3 years ago

I've seen them in person... they're one of the BEST mods ever, compared to all mods on the market!

Full transparency... I have 2 sets of both KornFreak's planes, and have a 3rd set coming soon.

Thanks brother! You rock!

#1980 3 years ago

Could you please add me to your list for a set of planes? Thanks!

#1981 3 years ago

Arado fighter plane. This plane has a combination of different colors, dusting, rust, weathering effects and a smoked window effect. I also did weathering on the propeller which is hard to appreciate in the pictures. It took a lot of time, and dedication to build this plane. I sure hope the owner likes it.

I really like how the wing span is a lot larger than that of the Messerschmitt. The tail and window are also way bigger. It’s just a different plane

Do you guys think I should cut down on the details in order speed up production for Batch 5? The way I see it, Indy is a keeper, It’s our grail game and that’s enough justification to do all these little details on these planes.

I really do try to do my best on every set I make. Things evolve and get better and better with time and That’s why I keep adding more and more stuff and more options to each Batch of planes.

I’ll soon be posting important info for Batch 5. Stay tuned

My IJ isn't going anywhere, so I appreciate all the effort that goes into getting the details right. I'll probably opt for a Messerschmitt with just subtle grime so the plane doesn't stick out for hardcore realism, but I think having all these customization options is awesome. Your planes look like they (meaning the stock ones) should have in the first place.

I agree with this 100%.

Thanks KornFreak28 for your effort, I imagine that all of us in batch 5 are super excited about all of these details. It says a lot that with the many IJ pins being sold over the last year I haven’t seen any being sold that have your planes in them. Those who choose wisely with your planes have clearly already found their holy grail.

#1985 3 years ago

Fantastic work! Love the attention to detail! I purchased an Indiana Jones earlier this fall and currently doing a full blown restoration on it. Should be done by Christmas. Would love to have a set of planes as well.

#1986 3 years ago

Thanks guys! That’s the kind of response I wanted to hear! I can honestly say Batch 5 will get all I got to offer. I’ve learned so much since I started 2 years ago. I appreciate your patience and know that you will get an awesome set of planes for your machine ✌

I agree with the others, take your time, we all appreciate the effort and detail going into each and every plane. Honestly, where else does anyone find this kind of modification service? Not many I’m sure, if any. This is a labor of love and it shows, as every plane you post seems to be better than the last somehow! Keep it up!
