Howdy!

Anyone have thoughts on IJPA vs TBL?

I have an Indy and really enjoy it. But....... only have room for a few games so Indy would have to go to make room for Lebowski.

I've not played Lebowski but enjoy the movie. Does the game play stay fresh? the upper playfield do more than just make loops?

Nooooooooo! Same here never played TBL but have Indy as it was my first pin. I couldn't let it go for anything but understand with space issue.

I would get TBL unless IJ is your all time favorite game ever that you could never part with. I thought the same thing about my TZ, that I would never sell it. After nearly 10 years of owning it I felt happy moving on to a newer game with modern tech and deeper + more interesting rules.

I have both. I don't think either will ever leave. But if space is an issue, go ahead and move it. If you miss it, bring it back later on.

It's probably a good idea to play one if you're trying to decide on a purchase. Take a look at the pinball map and see if there's one in your area.

My friend and I have over 200 machines I owned Indy for 20 plus years and we still have another in collection but Lebowski is a blast to play and we play it a lot more.

I've played both and would lean towards keeping IJ.

Do you need to sell IJ to buy another game? If not, buy Lebowski and fold up IJ for a while and then decide which one stays.

Lebowski especially if you like the movie. The game stays fresh, shots are fun, the bowling lane is a one of a kind, I also love shooting the car on the upper playfield, and the modes are spot on (I mean what ever gets better than Nihilist mode?)

TBL all day.

"Fuckin' A Dude" - congrats!

Indiana Jones is a fun game, but I'd take The Big Lebowski over it all day, every day, and twice on Sunday.

If you're a fan of the movie, Dutch Pinball's TBL does an outstanding job of immersing you in it as well as being super fun!

A month later and I'm crazy happy with TBL. Such a fun game!
