After ball 3 is locked, multiball is started and idol doesn't release ball 3 to the play.
If one ball drains it releases it immediately.

Here is the video

Idol in test mode doesn't show errors and optos look like they are working.
I cleaned them by dismantling the idol. One clue can be that I didn't assemble it right.

Anyone knows what is it exactly.

I had a similar problem. The switch on the ramp leaving the Idol lock didn't always trip. In switch edge test it would work fine with a finger, but with a rolling ball not always. I changed the switch and it has worked fine.

Thanks Scott, tried it with rolling a ball from the idol and it works ok.

Here is the photo of the dismantled idol. I'm unsure if I positioned everything back as it originally was.

Make sure the rotor lock door opens AND closes for each ball released. It may stick open. If so, check the coil, sleeve, spring, etc. It may only need to be cleaned.

As long as the idol lock test tells you that the motor and switches are working properly, you have it assembled correctly. Sorry it wasn't the switch. It would have been an easy fix.

Here's how.
I cleaned all the opto.
Evenings draw back and try it if it works .. nearby are very dirty.
It is possible that this was the cause, that it is operated once again, it is not

In the previous fasting I have not presented.
Serviced and being restored pinball machines.
Currently I have a home Indiana jones from a friend ALY.
to publishing the pictures, we currently only this option is not enabled because I am a new user .. I would therefore ask the Administrator if you enable this option.
Thank you.

Best Regards.

Marco is helping me out with this. IJ is at his garage for restoration right now. I'm sorry for his english He wanted to say he took the idol apart and cleaned the optos. Today it will be assembled and we'll see if that was the case.

It works better with cleaned optos, but I think we found the main problem!
The rotor lock plastic.

It's clipped on top left corner and sometimes gets stuck when lifting.

Here's another video where you can see this rotor lock plastic is not getting up after first ball is released.

(sorry for the portrait orientation)

I can mark this as fixed.
It was all about the chipped rotor lock plastic.

I brushed it a bit to make smooth circular ending and it didn't stuck any more . A perfect solution before ordering a new part.
