Regarding your problem with the flashers, I notice you have nothing connected to J124. Perhaps you connected the flashers to J132 or J128 instead of J124 by mistake?

A previous owner probably connected this wrong when putting it back I guess (All pins were N/C pins on J128).
But after swapping nothing changed, all the 555 lights still stay off.
This connector was causing your flashers to be locked on. It's not related to the 555 lamps. Are the flashers working properly?
