Many people were directly touched and today will be difficult for them, but we will not forget. God bless NYC, PA, and DC, and may we eschew the divisiveness that seems to define us lately in favor of a renewed sense of unity and shared vision as we grieve those lost and feel pride in the many heroes walking among us who revealed themselves so clearly that day and in the days that followed.

If you find yourself standing in front of a machine in one of NYC's pinball venues today, take a moment to ponder and appreciate the resilience and triumphant spirit which kept the city moving forward and allowed it to thrive to the extent that the ability to enjoy frivolous luxuries such as pinball remains a way of life.
