There are many threads decrying code and production delays, which is perfectly understandable. On the other side of the ledger, however, is the exemplary customer service I (and others, I am sure) have received from both Stern and JJP. Several days ago, I had an LED board go out on my new STLE. A couple of emails and perhaps four days later, and I had a replacement board in my hands. Just last night, I accidentally broke the connector to the crystal ball on my WOZ. JJP is rushing me a replacement so that the machine can be 100% functional for the Barry Oursler fund raiser on Saturday.
I don't expect pins to be perfect, but it is especially reassuring to know that both companies are quick to back up their products. Just wanted to give credit where credit is due.
