- HOU - more Personal Use Only. Never routed, under 200 plays. Technically, in our work shop and not our house. Build stamp says July 2014.
- First owner - documentable. Can provide the invoice from Game Exchange.

CONS:
- Tear in graphic on the right side of the back box. See photos.
- One staple removed from the rear vent mesh (lower cabinet) for topper power

Local cash sale preferred. Located in Santa Clara CA. No stairs; back rollup door with drive up access.

Will let you pick up via STI [shudder] but must use escrow.com or safefunds.com; buyer pays escrow. If you are remote, I’d strongly recommend local inspection by a local you trust. Lots of pictures are included; but nothing beats a local inspection. Once it leaves my shop, the deal is “as-is” and I won’t be responsible for STI’s mistakes.
