I think I accidentally send a jolt up the DMD cable because, well, I'm an idiot. Now solenoids, flashers, attract lights, and monger motor are all non-functioning. The DMD, sound, service buttons, flipper buttons and GI are working. No tech alerts. The fuses on the Power Driver Board have been removed and checked with a DMM. They're all good. No burn marks on either of the boards in the backbox that I can find.
For what it's worth, I have a TWD with a similar (but not identical) board set. During and after bootup the tiny led board indicator lights on both games match each other. I'm hoping that's a good sign.
Wondering where I go from here?
