Hi Pinsiders, I'd like to share my project shooter rod I'm working on to eventually make available as a mod for Iron Maiden if others are interested. I have a pro but love the look of the Aces High Eddie with the flight cap and goggles. I carved it in Karvex wax and had a silicon mold made to pour a 2 part resin in. I plan on painting it with acrylic paints but would love some input on what others would suggest to seal the whole piece and what epoxy should be used to affix the head to the shooter rod?

Thanks JFink, I will eventually make them available. I just want to make sure they're glued onto the rod and sealed properly so the paint doesn't wear off.

Going to be making these available soon through Pingraffix. I used the clear lacquer that Mancave suggested. I had the wax model 3-d scanned and plan to grow them in a resin printer.
