They are nice and bright....now the rest of the playfield needs more light to match

I finally used them myself! Really nice in Jeweled caps. Dialed the brightness down a little, but love having white light between the Pops!

I got mine and installed them in PinBot...great look, but kind of blinding! I tried dialing them down but that didn't work? Used a jewelers screwdriver and turned and turned but nothing happens. Are they duds or am I missing something?

Not sure...Are you saying the brightness screw is having no affect?

Can you try a ring in a regular socket, coin door, etc, and reach me direct?

We hand test here...so I dont have an immediate answer, but we will figure it out.
