Stern, 2014well, owning a GB i've followed all (?) the topics speaking about inserts ghosting a PF showing clearcoat probs...
and i've been concerned myself by this, with my 1st GB, not the 2nd one which is 100% OK...
i easily remember that others pins were also concerned, as MET, GOT, SM VE, but what about IM VE ?
as this title could be a candidate for a supposed future swap with my GB, i just wanna know (because i have some doubt about it)

IM VE Playfields were produced a long time before Stern switched providers/method so I doubt that you will find anyone (apart from the odd ball) that has had issues with IMVE playfields.
I looked all over my IMVE recently and the playfield is perfect. All of these playfield issues are for the newer games. I hope they get it figured out soon and replace everyones bad playfield with a good one. I won't buy anything from them again until the dust settles.
My IMVE had really bad insert micro cracking bad enough to the point that I got Stern to replace the playfield, not all the inserts were bad but would say 30% to 40% of them had some issues, was like looking through a cracked window once the light hit them.
