    Quoted from Borntolose:

Sterns coin mechs have failed on me on both DP and GB right out the box pretty much.
This rad operator Kyle hooked me up with a set of Imonex’ and have had no issues since!

Imonex are the best in the business.. I think Stern is using happ controls coin mechs which I find to be acceptable but not nearly as good as Imonex.

being that you are in NC I think Marco is going to be your fastest source of parts. Most big distributors (Betson, ect) keep almost no parts on hand anymore (we are the exception to that)

Plan on visiting the machines once a week, and checking them out. Keep spare rubbers, Balls, flipper coils, fuses, flipper rebuild kits, coil stops, drop targets play field wax and cleaner. You may not need to visit as often but its always good to start solid. Also every time you are there clean the glass of the pinball.

Always keep a tool box, Keys and spare parts kit in your car. Never know when you are going to get the call
