I was hoping to room with others at PAPA to minimize costs. It doesn't matter to me which hotel. I was planning on staying Wednesday night through Sunday night. Any takers? I am also looking to carpool from Indiana. I can drive. I am in Lafayette. Any takers? Thanks.
I got the following hotel deal through Priceline last night:
3.5 stars + Airport area
I bid $55/night and it was accepted on the first try -- maybe should have gone a bit lower. (And if you try that, you can add additional areas that don't have 3.5 stars and raise your bid.)
The hotel I got is the Pittsburgh Airport Marriott, which is 8 miles from PAPA HQ. Looks like the $55 is right around half off the normal web price for this hotel.
