Nobody make a set for TFTC and RBION so I decided to do some research and make my own. Here is what I did please add any comments to help me better my proses.
-I ordered Clear Lexan* Polycarbonate 9034 Sheeting
    Polycarbonate 12" x 48" 1/16" Thick from U.S. plastic corp. $12.10
-Than a set of tin snips to cut them close to size (may be a better way)
-Next used a grinder to shape them
-finally a little sand paper and there done

On RGP Stu from CPR was requesting NOS plastics set for Tales From the Crypt, so hopefully there will be a reproduction set in the not too distant future!

If you have access to a scroll saw, you can get through them pretty quickly and accurately, and then sand and polish the edges.

If not (I don't have one), I use a dremel with a metal cutting blade to get me close, followup with a dremel with sanding disc to get me accurate, and then 1000 grit paper to clean the edges and then polish with Novus 1.

I've used my father-in-law's scroll saw, but recently I use my jigsaw with a blade designed for plastic.
