I haven't read the last two pages, but I want to add I enjoy the CH YouTube videos. I use YouTube for about 50% of my TV viewing and have for years now, so I have embraced the format. Cary is kind of negative, but appears genuine and really enjoys the hobby. I also appreciate his DR insights he's providing in that thread.

I also like the STDM videos, and I'm not basing my purchases on any of these game reviews.

I don't care about the actual thumbnail, but it's nice when a YouTuber pics a style. You immediately know it's their video just a glance.

From what I understand the money from niche hobby YouTube is barely anything. You can't get enough views, so the effort is more of for fun, drive to help others, or ego boost (just don't read the comments). I get all three vibes from Cary, which is just fine with me.

Well, not happy Paramount entered the streaming game. It's eating in on my HBO+ and other streaming services. I'm taking a stand and not subscribing to anymore dammit!
