Screen art pushes more ink onto the wood. You can still see the grain but less so. It's wood, that's a natural product with grain, we all know.
With direct ink, the printing is thinner than screened ink so in the right light, or the "wrong" light at different angles, you see the wood grain.
You don't feel it as many have said and it is not planking.
I'm not aware of this ticket but certainly I'm one of the most accessible people in our industry.
A simple e mail or phone call to me would have been better. As someone said, you may need us at some point for something else.
