    Quoted from swampfire:

Compare a Tron Pro to a LOTR standard; you're getting more for your money now.

    Are you kidding me?

    Quoted from swampfire:

But consider some of the improvements Stern has made since 2003:

    Playfield PEGS
    Plastic Apron
    Less mechs
    Higher prices
    Cheap lockdown
    No manual
    Bad QC off the line

probably more that I have missed.

When I look at my metal aprons, sturdy lock down assemblies, real playfield supports on my 2004 LOTR and 2007 TSPP, I feel sorry for the pro buyers...

ask yourself how much each of them affects gameplay

    Not talking about gameplay.

    Thanks for clarifying.
