Quoted from WeirPinball:

Anyone have any luck finding a idol gate lock these days? I tried the dutch site, but it won't let me get through the checkout.
Scott

Hi Scott,
Drop a mail to Karin (karin@thepinwitch.com).
I hope she can help you, I've purchased one gate lock few weeks ago from her.

https://shop.thepinwitch.com/product_info.php?info=p358_idol-door-lock-ij.html

Color is yellow (not original orange).

Good luck!

Quoted from Phbooms:

Added a led strip across the back and a trough led strip today in warm white that Lermods made for me. Have a dimmer to put on the back led strip but waiting on decals for back wall before decide if its to bright. Going to add single spotlights on top of each sling to light the center of playfield better still.

Nice! You can try a led strip under the ruin, that area is a bit dark.
I also consider to add 2 spotlights, please share pictures after installation.

Quoted from pinballinreno:

Spots dont cast as much as you would think with all of the other lighting going on its sorta competitive.
As an example, look at WOZ. Tons of lights yet its dark. I took at least 6 spots to cover the PF in a lighting kit and still there are dark spots. It needs one or 2 more.
The TH has 4 12v spots and its about right but they are equally spaced about 11" apart. Still it could use a tiny bit more.
So, On The IJ I would say at least 6 spots but probably 7 equally spaced, some in pairs.
Again where to put them?

An option (not cheap, $150):

Quoted from Mrawesome44:

So with pinsound. Does the board come with the indy reorchestrated built in or do i download it somewhere else. Im confused on how pinsound works

Pinsound board is the hardware. No preloaded sounds comes with kit.

Step 1: You have to register at Pinsound community first:
http://pinsound-community.org/forum/index.php?app=downloads
Step 2: download sound file (zip package)
Step 3: copy zip file to usb drive, plug into pinsound board. Replace old sound board with pinsound. Pinsound will automatically unpack the sound files from zip file (takes 40-90 minutes).
Step 4: adjust bass, treble based on your taste.
Step 5: enjoy high quality, rich sounds and callouts.
Step 6: prepare yourself for 2nd pinsound board purchase

Is it possible to have Color DMD and the Jackpot light board at the same time? Care to show some pics? I'm in the middle of my restoration and would love to add this mod to my machine. Thanks!

Maybe this helps:

You're welcome. So you need a flat version, available here:

Quoted from KornFreak28:

Do you have any idea if I need a special speaker panel with cut outs or something? Thanks!

Exactly, you need a speaker panel with cutouts:
http://www.pinbits.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=64&products_id=502

Out of stock... But normally you don't need this odd shape cut. Rounded rectangle cut will be also fine by local CNC shop.
Proto IJ has also rectangle shapes:

What do you guys think of this yellow look for the pop bumpers?

I like it. Normally that area is a bit dark. What about yellow, but transparent body, with some light inside?

#2185 2 years ago
Quoted from Psw757:

after seeing this picture of the orange, I think this is the best look for the game whether you replace idol ruins or not.
It just blends in with the overall color theme and doesn't look out of place.
The grey is nice but I think it is such a large part that it looks a bit out of place.
Just my opinion of course.

1000000% agree...

#2207 2 years ago
Quoted from Seatmandan:

Here are the after pictures. I did a ton of cleaning, refreshing and replacing playfield items that were yellowed or broken, as well as re-building coil assemblies and installed all Comet LEDs

Very nice!
What is the source of cabinet decal set?

#2212 2 years ago
Quoted from Seatmandan:

Left over stock from Illinois Pinball. Bought them second-hand, but from what I understand, the Australian outfit that has screened decals offer the same ones. They are by far the best decals I've installed, hands-down. The Next-Gen ones I've used in the past are a close second

Thank you!
Now I remember... A thread battle between Retrorefurbs and Australian vendor in other topic. That was funny

Does anybody know the correct type and size of screw used to screw the opto (housing) to the plastic ramp? They are super tiny. Thanks!

If am not wrong, you are talking about right ramp assembly, A-16319.
This contains opto assy, A-16909, where I see 1 screw type:

My friend has a broken idol lock assembly. I am working on replacement. Material is translucent orange plastic, based on original.
Is there a demand here?

IJ_idol1 (resized).jpg

#2263 2 years ago
Quoted from Averell:

davi
it's a great idea to rebuild the Idol Lock Assembly, because most of them are in bad condition or already broken, go ahead.

White proto for mechanical check is done.

#2270 2 years ago
Quoted from tonycip:

looks good how about the door? I could sure use one of those
(out of stock everywhere I look)

I have a door lock. If you need, I can try to create one for you.

#2275 2 years ago
Quoted from pinballinreno:

Definitely make a few door locks if you can.
They have been out of stock for awhile.

Ok, will try. The surface won't be super smooth, but I will do my best.

#2284 2 years ago
Quoted from KornFreak28:

Nice!!! I don't "need" one but I would take one now that my machine is being put back together. Price?

I will be back within few days. The raw material is on the way.
Price? No idea. Will be cheap, cheaper than shipment cost.

#2299 2 years ago
Quoted from Soulrider911:

There are few different ones out there KornFreak28. These ones are pretty good very theme accurate:
https://www.tiltgraphicsinc.com/product-page/indiana-jones-gameblades

This is nice - alone. The design is not adjusted to the shape of playfield elements, like ruins, mini pf...

#2314 2 years ago

Quick update about idol assembly:
After several attempts, size and shape is OK. The entrance is reinforced, original is too thin and fragile.
This one is going to move into IJ in a pub - will be a kind of stress test.
Lock design/printing is scheduled for next week.

Quoted from paynemic:

Looking forward to getting together a big order from the USA of these parts to save international shipping. Should we start a list? I'm in for one of each.

Thank you guys for nice words.
About list, let's wait for feedback from operator.
I am going to create clear version too. With this way, you can install any color mod below the idol. Does it make sense?

#2321 2 years ago
Quoted from Averell:

Great idea and think about an option to install some lighting?

Any advice? Outer holders for led strips, or...?

#2323 2 years ago
Quoted from Averell:

Holes for the screws or for lamp sockets... yes, something like that.

My Indy is in million pieces, I have no idea how much space we have around this plastic.
Do you have good pictures about this?

#2325 2 years ago
Quoted from Averell:

No good pictures, but there's space in some areas, you will see if you reassemble Indy again.

Thanks, this helps in advance. I will check how can we add some guide or bracket.

#2333 2 years ago
Quoted from Averell:

Holes for the screws or for lamp sockets... yes, something like that.

I consider to create an option: brackets for BA9s bayonet sockets. Easy to install, you can apply dozens of colors, clear, frosted, giraffe neck and many more.
Is this the preferred way?

#2341 2 years ago
Quoted from Averell:

Now here's my airball protector for the drop targets... material is Vivak, more flexible and stable as Plexi.

Nice! Now we have an EU source

#2347 2 years ago
Quoted from liorillusion:

i want to buy a color dmd and my machine is early production so i have the jackpot board and the cut outs in the wood. which color dmd looks better and which one i can install? the led or the lcd?

Lior, based on your taste, go for LCD. Much "softer", able to display any colors.

About jackpot board:
https://pinside.com/pinball/forum/topic/color-dmd-indy-jones-jackpot-lights-board

#2351 2 years ago
Quoted from Averell:

Original the Panel has three big rectangular holes.

The Problem is that the small LED reproduction will not work properly because the holes are too big.
I transmit the symbols from the Panel to the Board and cut out the outlines only.

That's why I consider to produce my own IJ jackpot LED board, with adjustable brightness, and more LED's at Ark area.
Normal cut out will work in case we have cover from backside. This is my plan: own jackpot board + decal.

IJ speaker (resized).JPG

#2353 2 years ago
Quoted from Averell:

That's exactly what I did.

You mean shape cutout + decal + own PCB with more LED's?

Thinking if this could be made in a dark brown to match Lior's idol ruins coming soon?

In fact, I can do any color from available printing materials. Of course need a certain door lock quantity to order a roll of filament.
I can also cooperate with Lior, and send him door locks, then he can send ruins worldwide with door locks in the box, in order to save freight cost for you guys.
Then the next step will be a dark brown idol assembly
...and then new idol from Lior

Imagine, a door lock, like this

Really nice. Why do you have 3 playfields?

We have 3 IJ waiting for restoration.

#2377 2 years ago
Quoted from Mrawesome44:

Oh snap are you going to sell those?

This is for own project, not for sale.
Only for visual porn, sorry

#2382 2 years ago
Quoted from Rondogg:

If you can make 3 you can make 30 and sell for a lot of $$, no?

In theory, yes. In practice: can be difficult due to logistic issues between US and EU.

#2383 2 years ago

I did only small corrections. Screen printing is done by another guy; wood art, coating by an expert. Teamwork.

#2385 2 years ago
Quoted from beelzeboob:

Not once Rick gets wind of it.

This is not a new pf from scratch. The wood is original, we have removed original faded and damaged artwork, then applied new.
This is a restoration process, not pf reproduction, like CPR or Mirco.

#2399 2 years ago
Quoted from Ericpinballfan:

Really need a "Narrow Escape" wire gate that goes to right flipper from idol lock. Mine has always been wrong, not the right one.
Please PM me if you have a spare your willing to sell.

Please share a picture about this part.

#2401 2 years ago
Quoted from Ericpinballfan:

This gate is to small and you can see doesnt even go to screw. Just doesnt work right, not a one way gate.

Contact Cliffy; most probably he can manufacture a repro.
The best if you can send him a good piece from someone else in US. Or send good drawings, pictures.

#2405 2 years ago
Quoted from Seatmandan:

Fill in these dimensions and I can fully digitize it. I made this by eye/guess. I'm not near my game or I would fully digitize it and create a drawing. Should be really easy to make.

I like this community

#2424 2 years ago

Finally, I am ready with idol base and door lock designs. The design is reinforced to avoid cracks by balls at entrance.

IDOL BASE:
Available colors:
Orange (color is close to original), semi-transparent:

Clear/semi-transparent: you can apply any light from the bottom. This is an ideal feature, especially with Lior's idol design.

In case of demand (at least 3-4) I can do it in custom color and other exotic material, such as dark wood. Please contact me via PM.
Price: $39 plus shipping.

In case you are going to buy Lior's ruin, your shipment cost will be almost 0, I can send a pack of bases to him to avoid 2x shipment cost (1 for base, 1 for ruin).

DOOR LOCK:
This is also ready.
Colors: same as idol base.
Price: $6 plus shipping

If you would like to get your base and/or lock painted by Lior, this is also possible.
Paynemic offered to help about US group order, thanks for his help in advance. With this way, shipping cost is much less per person.

Anyway, please PM me about your wish.

Quoted from KornFreak28:

Good job! I'll take both. I will send you a PM. How did you attach the led strip so the light hits the Idol? Do you also sell the roll pin for the door lock?

Thank you!

The LED strip is simply twisted around bottom side of base. Door lock contains the plastic lock, not other parts.

Hello Guys,
I have 2 good news.
First of all, idol bases and door locks (first 3 packages) are on the way to Canada and USA.
Secondly, I have talked to post office, and found a much cheaper way how to send international packages. Instead of $52, the new shipping price is only $16 - with tracking and priority. Few guys mentioned $52 is in category 'no way', I hope $16 should not be a problem.
Of course, I am going to refund the difference for paid stuffs.
As a reminder, here are the colors:
Price:
Base (rotor): $39
Door lock: $6

Can someone help me to find where i can buy this 2 type of inserts... i need to replace them.. I found some places, but im not sure about the sizes, also the manual dont help on this one i guess..
Thanks

I can send you the types and links today (I have purchased complete set few months ago).

#2496 1 year ago

So you have to buy 1 green 1" x 2" triangle:
http://www.pinballlife.com/index.php?p=product&id=3862

And 1" round green:
http://www.pinballlife.com/index.php?p=product&id=3029

Suggestion: the new green looks so fresh next to old ones. My suggestion is to replace all 6. At least buy 6 (only $3), in worst case you have to replace only 1, if you think the difference is not significant.

If you can wait few weeks, I can share mine ( and the source).

Quoted from BurnDizzyBurn:

More than happy to wait. I like how on the silkscreen decals the whip detail is seen through the thicker dark line rather than this line being solid as on many reproductions.

In this case you have to buy screen printed version. You won't see same effect on repro.

Appreciate any thoughts!

Quoted from Ericpinballfan:

Installed the Led light board for the lost plastic yesterday. Easy enough, well built. However, it looks awkward. Its so bright it makes a solid light that fills the gap on the back of the lost plastic creating a long white brick of light.
Does anyone know if those lights ever blink, cycle, strobe? The 3 incondesent bulbs were so dim i never noticed them do anything. Thinking of adding a gel diffuser to maybe spread light, dim it a little.
Has anyone else installed this board? Opinions and solutions, or have you modified it?

Pics please!

Pics of lightboard, lost plastic.
Doesnt even throw light onto bridge plastic.

Thanks. I agree, this is strange. Small board with 3 lights source can't lit the whole plastic.

No more available and very very hard to find... I think there are only 10 Boards in the market.

Right, this is the ultimate method. I would like to produce this board, as a full backboard to replace wooden panel.
Why do you have small PCB in this case?

Sold out everywhere.
Do you have skills and wood router to modify the panel? If the answer is yes, all you need is:
Wood router with small bit
Template about jackpot objects
C clamps
Safety glass
Courage

Yes - I have some router skills but probably something I don't feel Like taking the risk on hacking it up! Lol

Well, if it helps, I can create for you, no problem. Have to produce speaker panel (preferred with 2 big speaker holes), then modify it. However shipping is a killer ($55), due to length of package (over 24 inch). Makes sense to send few to USA, then you can manage domestic shipping for few $/each. Does it makes sense?

#2768 1 year ago
Quoted from MikeHogue:

I'd be in for one. That makes two shipped to the US.

Noted. For stock speakers (left big hole, right small hole), or upgraded version (post 2761)?

#2770 1 year ago

The upgraded one is compatible with big speakers - without mounting adapter.
The original design is compatible with stock speakers, or with big speakers with mounting adapter at right side.
No minimum order quantity, I can send 1 or 2, no need to wait until 3 or 4. The point is, shipping cost is same for 1 or 2 or 3.
Just talked to carpenter: he is overloaded like hell, and the leadtime is 3 months. Go or no go (same question to MikeHogue)?

We are at 6 pcs.
Before I start...
I can ship half dozen panels, however we need a reliable volunteer, who is willing to manage domestic shipments - and in worst case packaging (or I can put ready to go individual packs into one big box, this means a bit higher shipment cost).

#2793 1 year ago
Quoted from TractorDoc:

Id have no problem offering to help -- I have a business shipping address (veterinary clinic) and we usually have a number of extra boxes/shipping material that can be used for repurposing. . . Not sure how payment arrangements need to be handled but Id obviously prefer not to pay everyone's shipping in the end. If we are not talking extreme costs Id be willing to front the price of the six panels/shipping and then would just ask to be paid back once they were available on the domestic side.
I realize that I am not the original poster/requester on the speaker panel and do not want to step on his/her toes if this is something they would prefer to handle. Just offering an option to help the idea become a reality.

Thanks for you offer, and for PM, TractorDoc. Psw757 offered his help, we are on track. I have requested 6 panels, and maybe will add few more as backup.
Of course this is not USA specific project, I can send stuff anywhere.
Thanks again for your help.

#2798 1 year ago
Quoted from Psw757:

Well I think Davi said he could ship either 3 or 6 for $55. Not sure what other costs are at the moment. Once here in the states there will be another small shipping fee to redistribute to you folks.
Edit - should have added we just need to determine how much to get the 6 or 9 of them to the US. That is the most costly part but with several of us buying the cost shipped will be greatly reduced.
Once here I can’t imagine these costing more than $7-10 via usps to get them to you all.

About cost:
1. Cost of panel - waiting for the quote.
2. Shipping cost Europe/US - around $55/60. Have to divide, of course.
3. Usps cost (domestic), $7-10.

Guys,

About Jackpot Speaker Panel, the most important element is still missing: cost of panel. As this is depends of final quantity, please confirm your interest and panel version (original or upgraded) via PM. Due to long leadtime of raw speaker panel, I am going to order one shot, and modify it as 1 batch, and won't order later one by one. So this is the chance to go for it.

Please inform me within a week (until 18th of February).

As of now, this the "list". Guys, listed below please send me PM about your interest and choice:

Quoted from Rdoyle1978:

The delays are a result of the pinsound board not getting enough power, so you can add an arcade power converter which helps. I believe also that the Ollie mix has too many files that need to be managed, and it may help by reducing the number in each folder. He stuffed the mix with TONS of callouts, and the board only has so much memory so it’s maxed out. Killer mix though.
Also make sure you get the one directly from him, not the halfass version on the PinSound community forum.
And yes the proper one has a jackpot callout.
Also also, some users are reporting issues with the PinSound+ board and the fancy IJ mix, although we have not figured out exactly what the issue is.

Cause of delay is limited transfer speed of USB stick.
A fast enough pendrive is the solution (like SanDisk Ultra Fit 3.0). This is a must for huge mixes, also recommended by Olli.

Copy the content of zip file (not the zip file itself) into USB drive using PC. Normally the board is able to unpack the zip file, in this case it can't.

Thank for nice words. Lot of work, lot of money and lot of time. Now I have all the source for playfield printing, cabinet decals, and so on. It was fun.
I have only minor memories about IJ. I have seen in one location only in my small hometown back to mid '90s. The pub was in a cellar, and IJ was in half-light, was very intimate. Maybe that's the reason I don't like to play when the room is bright.
I hope the pin is good, and will be a keeper.

I've played few games only, now I don't want to continue. The pin is too clean, and too brutal. Shots are super strong, airballs in every minute. I've installed plastic protectors, luckily only one has damaged - instead of plastic. Have to design airball protector, and consider to replace flipper coils to 11630. I don't want to destroy this beauty.

I'm thinking these are accounted for.
I will give them a close look, if it is something that can be replicated easily I may have a try at it.

A right tool is required, otherwise the panel can be destroyed easily, the compressed wood panel is very vulnerable. I've screwed up few panels at the beginning. Finally, I had to buy a special top router to do this run.
If you need detailed help about process, just PM me.

I would say this is correct. Closer inspection of the panels reveals some intricate workmanship -- If I was to attempt the process it would likely have to be with a piece of hardwood. . . I'd have the particle board turned into a pile of sawdust in no time.
For the record, if anyone needs something shipped from Hungary Davi is your guy -- some quality packaging took place on these panels. As you can see they look to have arrived safely.
[quoted image]
I have four of them boxed up and will try to get to the Post Office in the near future. Was planning on getting there today but had a new digital x-ray system installed here at the clinic so my afternoon was tied up in training.

#3330 1 year ago
Quoted from KornFreak28:

More info on the light board for the fighter plane: The fact of the matter is that these light boards are pretty much impossible to buy new. So in order for this to work and install the original light board to the new plane, you must drill out your own light board (Given the rarity of this particular board, I rather not do this part) and then send it to me IF you want me to install it on the new fighter plane. I highly recommend this because I can fit it and run and hide the cable harness out the tail of the plane. I drilled mine out, it's nothing out of this world.
If you don't feel comfortable sending me your light board, then You will have to install the light board yourself when you get the plane. For this I can include some instructions or I can help you via PM or text. Don't sweat this part. I will help you if necessary. The only part you must be careful with is drilling out your light board. I suggest you practice drilling out a few rivets on something else so you can get some practice. The trick is to drill some and then stop (the rivet gets hot!) then repeat until the rivet is out. it's just 2 rivets guys.
I will drill the holes for the light board, and include the screws and nuts to hold it in place. All you have to do is carefully open the plane's belly from below, secure the light board to the plane and run the wire harness inside the plane and out the back. More info coming....my boss just arrived!

If all else fails, I can order light boards in Europe, then send it to Kornfreak28.

Easy board, but gerber creation requires time.
Part sourcing requires time.
Soldering requires time.
Maybe you can save some $ at the end, but precious time is running.

Quoted from KornFreak28:

Guys on the list: I just had another cancellation. Not cool. Due to this and a lack of comments/interest after I posted about the light board yesterday, I’m forced to cut my loses and cancel this project.
I just cannot have people verbally commiting and then cancelling. Too many hours involved in making these planes that could be spent with my family instead.
My apologies to all. If you are serious and really want the planes PM me and we can make arrangements but as far as the list of people and initial plans, those are off the table. I was pretty exited to work on this project to be honest with you but I just cannot risk spending all the hours involved in making these planes and then have people cancel on me. Thanks for all of your initial interest

Take it easy. Ask for deposit. Deposit means stronger commitment.
While IJ forum is one of the most active Bally/Williams forum, don't expect dozens of reply within a day, especially in Holiday season. You will see many inquiry soon, trust me.

Quoted from Ricochet:

I've been communicating with KornFreak28 on one possible solution to this. I've the material to make an LED harness, one that is PCB-less. There is really nothing to the circuit (couple of diodes, resistors and LEDs). It can hopefully be built using shrink tubing and it may even be able to be put inside the plane... but we need to prototype it first... dunno how it will all work/fit. In the next couple of days I will put together a prototype and if it looks like it will work, I will donate the completed harnesses to be installed in the model(s) for whomever wants them. Please give me a couple of days... I WILL do this, I think KornFreak28's models are awesome and would like to see them completed.

I think we only need to place LED's and wires inside the plane. Other elements (like diodes, resistors, universal PCB) can be placed under the playfield. Plenty of space there, easy access.

Quoted from KornFreak28:

Started working on the first planes last night. Initial painting of the Bi-plane is done. I Still got to do a few more touch ups, clear coating and lots of details! I also worked on the tail of the prototype plane. Still needs one more coat and clear. For the people interested, I wanted to touch base on more important things. When I did my own planes, I used a 200 ohm resistor to protect the motor and used a 9V battery to test the planes. The result was a nice medium-speed propeller spin. I consulted about this to make dang sure before selling these planes to you guys. Apparently, the 200 ohm resistor may not be enough to handle the 20V coming from the flash drive. I did a test last night to replicate 18V, much closer to the 20V output by the flash drive than the initial 9V test. The results were as expected....The plane almost flew off my hands!!!!
So now, I will place an order for a 470 ohm resistor to counter the 20V output. This means, removing my 220 resistor from my own planes and installing the 470 instead! I'll be doing this to all the planes including the prototype plane that belongs to Fremen. I really don't want to rush this part. I want to produce a quality item here. I want the motors to last as long as they possibly can for you guys. I'll keep you posted

Please note, that your test is based on DC 18V to a DC motor. 20V AC at flasher works differently in this case (short impulse and not DC). My recommendation is to buy few more cheap resistors, in order to find optimal value for this motor.

I was partially right:
flashers are DC. My bad.

Davi requested a picture of his light board panel installed and here it is in attract mode... fit perfectly and the jackpot board from Marco fit perfectly with no color washout/bleed through plastic.

Biplane beginning to take shape
I’ve been working and perfecting the letter decals for the plane. These are not ink jet stickers, these were cut on my decal machine and I’ve been carefully transfering them onto the white background stickers, trying to replicate the movie biplane as much as possible. I also transferred the letters onto a reflective background to give it a cool effect during the game. This is just a sample so you see the difference between the white snd reflective backgrounds.

Nice. Time to sleep!

Quoted from Averell:

In my opinion the gun fire from the fighter plane ist wrong, because the original plane fires through the propeller and the guns (two MG17 with 7,92 Full Metal Jacket)) are near by each other.
That's the reason why I keep the fighter plane as it is without modification instead of the decals.
In the movie they use a Pilatus-P2 that's quit similar to the original STUKA, but not in that detail!
The STUKA was also the wrong plane and never used in WW2 in this design. That plane was manufactured by Junkers.
The correct plane is the Messerschmitt BF 109 and this one fires through the propeller.
Only later versions of the model C used to have the gunfire in the wings but that model doesn't fit to the movies time period.
Unfortunately in 1989 there was no BF 109 available to make the scenes in the movie, so they decided to use the Pilatus-P2 because a JU 87 in good technical condition was also rare to find and to dangerous to fly.

You are right. But his plane is 100x better than factory plane, and about 1000x better than those repro crap available nowadays.

Another fighter plane painted and cleared. On this one, I went with the yellow tip on the nose and yellow on the prop blade tips. All she needs now is the motor
Am I posting too many updates? Sometimes I feel like I am. Only 3 people responded via PM yesterday

This green/yellow/red is my favourite, very nice. Keep up the good job!

I would probably just be talking to myself If I do

Post it here, I guess the plane is IJ related. Or better to see a dying IJ thread about general problems only? I don't think so. I still have an ability to scroll down and skip posts in case the topic is not interesting to me. Not a big deal, I can do it with one finger.

Then post something else relevant to IJ.
It’s been nothing but crickets here for the last couple weeks.

Imagine, we lost a 'read only' guy. His first post in this thread was a farewell. Epic.

Found the new thread.
All right, what do we talk about Now.

POA issues.
Pinsound issues.
Decal sources.
Jackpot panel. Oh wait, this is a mod, forget it (same about idol lock and base).
Airballs.
Mirco repro playfield speculations.
That's it in nutshell, a quick summary of 2018.

Anything else?

Quoted from Seatmandan:

wow, that's sweet... Quick question- does anyone know where I can find a used idol lock molded plastic idol? they seem to be hard to find, unlike my TOTAN genie lamp, which is sold everywhere... Was this part re-produced? I want to have Hot Rod do a brass plated one, but don't want to cannibalize my game for it.... Thanks!

Maybe at this guy:
