Quoted from SiN13:I got that recent Diamond Select Toys idol bank sitting on my Indy pin right now. Think I'll put a hat and a whip up there too. My Indy pachinko is sadly collecting dust in the basement storage room. Now that I got a fellow Indy pachinko owner here let me ask you 2 things. Is your machine super loud? I need to look into adding a volume control. Also how do you have yours setup? I came across some wall mount and cabinet solutions but could never settle on what to do. Would be nice to have something that can also auto feed the balls back into the machine.
Sorry it too so long to respond, work has been crazy. This probably belongs in the Pachinko thread but since you asked, here goes.
Yes, pachinko machines are very loud, they usually have 3 settings, loud, very loud and wakes the dead loud. I built the cabinet modifying some plans I had seen online to make it a double cabinet. I was fortunate my Indy machine had been modded with a volume control. On my Star Wars machine, I added an Lpad to control the volume. As you may know, the on/off switch is on the inside of the cabinet, so I added a basic double light switch with a 3D printed switch plate to turn each one on and off. As far as the auto feed, they are not cheap and I don't think it is worth it because after about 10 minutes of playing, you'll be ready to get back to your Indy pinball machine.
