hahahaha!
Good!
You see, it's me!
Well, on that photo my beard is shorter
Quoted from Days:Hudson, we have a problem
Do you see it?
[quoted image]
Ya not even close lol
Quoted from thechakapakuni2:How did you do the painting? Any in progress photos?

Quoted from Days:Indeed, it came with those leds when I bought it, need to change all to warm white. Forgot to order the leds before mounting all the playfield again.
But it's not a decal, the playfield was sanded and all printed over the playfield.

Looks really good! Congrats!
Quoted from PinDeadHead:I removed the rope bridge ramp to work on the POA then reinstalled the rope bridge ramp. Now when the post holding the ball drops, instead diverting into the POA, the ball continues past the POA entrance and continues around to the side wire form.
Should I loosen the screws holding the rope Bride ramp so the ball leans toward the POA?
Thank you
If changing the pitch of the table doesn't fix it, then you can put washers under the two upper holes of the rope bridge to tilt it slightly forward.

It turns out I needed to increase the pitch some and that solved it, thanks!
Separate Q, how do you illuminate the Hurry Up insert on the way to the ball lock?

I'm not sure I understand your question, but will try. I assume you are asking the game rules for lighting up the hurry up? If so, you need to hit the ramps when lit 3 times each, or get the hurry up through the hand of fate bonus.

Just to add to this, you can see your progress towards activating Hurry-Up by the winged green inserts in the center of the playfield. Hitting the ramp on one side will light the opposite ramp, so you alternate sides to light all the wings and activate Hurry-Up, which is collected by hitting the narrow standup target behind the 3-drop bank, or by hitting the center ball lock.
Quoted from PinDeadHead:Can anyone please recommend where to grab the gold mirror blades for IJ? My Google skills are failing me. Thx.
PDI appears to have some. Not sure if anyone else sells them.

PinDeadHead: I would suggest emailing Joey at Pinballdecals first just to confirm he has these in stock.
Gold mirror blades are really sharp but also quite pricey.
Do any of you guys use pinsound to get the more authentic sound effects and Raiders March music. I never imagined upgrading the sound board of my game but was watching YouTube clips and the sound is night and day. Any pitfalls of things to think about when going down this road. My IJ is going to need a restoration so I would most likely working with who ever will be restoring to put it in.

Yes that would be great too update that also with my its all restored already but I am sure updating that should be easy I would think

I installed his black mirror blades. I love them. They get scuffed real easily, but you don't see the scuffs much.
Looking for some airplanes , used ok, mine are really bad. Also looking for A-16912-3 plastic. It's the big green one. LMK what you might have. THANK YOU

I think I have the white/red plane laying around. I pulled it off and put the Nazi blimp on. (No, I'm not pro-Nazi - but the blimp is cool and there are Nazis in the movie ... plus it's a little easier to see the upper playfield with the blimp since I'm short)
I'm going to dump both the originals when I get my Kornfreak planes. Those are hands down the baddest ever made, at least that I've seen.

Pinsound is a must on this game. You can still play the stock music on it as well, but since I loaded the full John Williams package there’s no going back. Plus I modified some callouts as well.

Can you explain exactly what you have to get to take advantage of what you’re describing?
The options for Indy are seemingly vast and overwhelming. I’ve seen free movie codes but you seem to be talking about something you buy and install. I’m curious the difference between that and the open source options.
Thanks!

#1. Buy a Pinsound card for your Indiana Jones and replace the existing sound card with it
#2. Download the free sound package on the Pinsound forum site (there are several)
3. Enjoy

Also purchase better speakers. I like Pinsound's speakers.

Wondering this as well
Look for the updated 2.0 version of Endprodukt's sound package that someone else made on top of his, it fixes the loudness balancing issues. I found it on Pinsound's website a while ago unless it's also pulled.
The downloads are still up. Here's The Endprodukt

Thanks in advance

Quoted from bossk4hire:Which one of these is the best sound package? And how to download em? Doesn't look like they have the download button.

sign up for an account to download.
Jedi edition is the one you want.

Alright yall... I feel pretty dumb asking this but I can't find the service plug anywhere on this machine.
I don't have one on mine - its a re-import. There's a plug on the silver box just inside the door on the right where the varistor and main fuse is. I'm guessing that the hole that is plugged would be for the service plug.

Made the journey out here to report the Disneyland Indy is still kicking. It’s seen better days. Got a broken plane wing and must have a switch matrix issue because both flipper buttons are triggering a switch on one of the ramps, plays a plane sound and awards some points. Has leds installed and what looks like a reproduction translite with slightly muted colors.

If only Disney could afford to restore, or just shop that poor custom Indy! I’ve always loved that custom cabinet job. But come on, at least service it and shop it every few weeks!
Anyone have some videos of the jedi pinsound game play? I found a stream Buffalo Pinball dud a few years back but you really can't hear the sounds. Just trying to decide if the upgrade is worth the cost.
Thanks! Jeff

Would def be interested too. Would be nice to have the actual score from the movies instead of the rendition that they Williams used

Yes this would be nice
So I was toying around with my epoxies and urethanes, and a 3D printer, and made something cool for my IJ. It always bugged me that the totem for the ball lock really had nothing to do with the movies, so I went ahead and made a rotating platform for the Incan Idol. I also etched three symbols of the Ark, the Sankara Stones and the Grail on each leg. I made the model in Blender as well as added clay to the 3D print to make it a bit more stone like. Would love to get an idea of what you think, and if I start making them for sale. Thanks!

That looks fantastic. A very cool alternative to the original idol/totem.
